For the purpose of this service, we will collect your full name, email address, job title, telephone number, login details and preferences information.

We use the information to personalise your experience and to allow us to deliver required services to your company.

When we collect your information

We collect your information when you register and use our Digital Interact services, or when we enter a contractual relationship with your company.

If you contact us by telephone, email, post, through social media or using another function offered from time to time by our websites. We will use this information to:

  • review, investigate and respond to any comment or question that you may raise
  • carry out our obligations and
  • enforce our rights under any contract we have with our suppliers.

You can find out more about our use of your personal data in our website Privacy Notice.

Information we collect automatically from you

When you visit our Digital Interact websites, we automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, software configuration, aggregate use information, geographical location data, operating system, and your permission for us to place non-essential cookies on your device. We will not usually be able to individually identify you from this information. Cookies are small files sent from us to your computer where they are stored and may be read. User Session Replays, Product Performance Analytics, and Co-Browsing for Support Troubleshooting

To enhance user experience, troubleshoot issues, and improve our products and services, we may occasionally track and monitor user session replays and collect product performance analytics. This allows us to better understand how users interact with our platform, identify areas for improvement, and ensure smooth functionality.

In certain cases, for troubleshooting purposes, our support team may also engage in co-browsing sessions to assist users with technical issues or product-related concerns. During such sessions, we may view users’ screen in real time to provide efficient support. Any information shared during these support sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will be used solely for resolving the issue at hand.

Legal basis for processing

Our legal basis for processing your personal information is for the performance of our obligations under our agreement with you and/or the organisation you represent.

Using the Digital Interact website(s) indicates your acceptance of this notice. In all other circumstances, including where you contact us, our legal basis for processing personal information is that it is necessary for our legitimate interests in conducting our business and meeting the requirements of our current and prospective customers.

Some of our processes within Digital interact may be based solely on automated decision making. You have the rights in respect of any automated decision-making process:

  • The right not to be subject to any decisions wholly made in the basis of automated processing; and/or
  • The right to request a review of any such decision, to be undertaken by a colleague in our client team.

For any such requests, please email di-support@tagww.com or global.privacy@tagww.com

Data Retention
